Comment Box / Editable List.... Thing? Options

First, I dunno if this is the right place for this, but I hope it is.

Okay, so I'm making a website for a friend. Well, basically, I'm making a digital list of reasons for her to live. So, I want the main page to be the list, so I have a little intro thing, then I have the list. HOWEVER. I would like to make it so any of her friends can add to it, like a comment box thing. Let me say now, that I can't code, or anything. I basically just find free codes and copy and paste them to the html of the site. So, I want to find a comment box thing that anyone can add to, with only a display name, and the time. however, I would like to be able to delete posts I see unfit. I don't want pages of these reasons, just one really long list. KIND of like the format of boardofwisdom.com, but without the ads and categories and all the pages.
Am I going to find something to suit my needs without having to pay anything? Or am I going to have to just say "screw it" and try something else?
