It's very pretty.
But I guess it's not going to impress users with images, flash and javascript turned off.

I like it as well, but having a flash-only intro page is a sure way to turn visitors away, especially from a site that appears to be commerical. You'll find many references out there that encourage website creativity, but discourage messing with fundamental concepts like hyperlinking.

The menu of that place looks mouth-watering though.
