Making an Image the same size as the width of the table underneath, My Image is rendered slightly small (width) than the rest of the page Options

If you look at:

http://www.safety-lifting.co.uk/InspectDB/index.php

You can see that the top image/banner is rendered slightly inside the left hand edge of the table & co underneath.

Using firebug I can see that the table is configured to be 963px wide, and this is the natural width of the image/banner.

Yet the banner is stepped inside - anyone got any ideas?

Note that the original html is heavily php / Database orientated, so there are "lots" of CSS which appears not to be used.

The problem appears when you are logged in as well.
