HTMLHelp Forums _ Cascading Style Sheets _ Static Header and Nav using CSS - HELP :)

Hi,

I am trying to create static header and nav bar so that only the content in the middle scrolls but am having some trouble. My nav bar keeps running over the header. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Page is uploaded.
