Preview template in blogger, Preview template in blogger Options

Hi Team,

I copied the source code from the below website and pasted the same in edit HTML section of the "Template" in blogger.

I'm getting the below error while validating the template. I already replaced & with & and removed the ------------------ lines between the comments. But couldn't able to solve remaining issues. Could you please help me to solve the issue, it would be really great help to me as I am a new learner.

Could not load template preview: Error parsing XML, line 826, column 143: The content of elements must consist of well-formed character data or markup.
