I am building a review site, and have learned that i need a PHP program in order to achieve the look I am going for. I want a similar style as www.badmovies.org in their review section. I am looking for someone to just write the program, and then I can go from there to fill in the content. Let me know if you can help, and we can work something out in terms of payment.

Hi
we have 7 year experience in web designing and development,We are expert in PHP developing. we are using the Open source Language for website developing. For designs and style HTML,CSS, JavaScript,Ajax and Jquery like some scripting language and we're using MySQL database.
and also work on Mobile application. if you are interested, check your PM.
