I'm making a website using html.
I have a grayish/black background.
Whenever I click a different page, the background turns white.
Once I press F4(refresh) it turns back to the colour that I made it.
This only happens on IE because I tried it on Firefox and it doesn't seem to happen.
Any help?

It's not actually up online.
I'm making this on my computer and once it's all done I was going to get a domain name or whatever(I don't really know a lot about this stuff, just making the site itself).
