I put together a website were the header is in a different html page and its embedded, When I use the links the website loads inside the header...

How would I fix the links to redirect the whole page instead of just the embedded website?

We would need to see your HTML code.

Also see http://www.htmlhelp.com/faq/html/frames.html#frame-problems .

A better way to avoid having to edit headings, menus and so on in all your pages when a small change is made is to use real includes, SSI or PHP.
