A non-US resident probably has no idea what CST is. Would it be better for international users to use say GMT? Sorry. CST is Central Standard Time (Texas). I didn't think about it, but in the future I'll try to remember to put -6 GMT instead. I only had about 1 minute to throw those up before they took down the server, so it was a sloppy rush job....
