Not sure if anyone here can help with FeedBurner (I'm not even sure if this is the correct forum...)

Anyway, for some reason, this happens to some feed items:

http://d.pr/Pgw4

It's registering the quotes as & #8216

Is there any way to fix that?

Instead of "smart quotes", you could use normal straight quotes.

How do I do that?

I just don't understand why it works in some posts but not others. For example, my first post shows up fine.

So you probably didn't use smart quotes there.

I just used normal quotes.

My solution for now was just to delete the post. It wasn't very important...and it was the only one giving me trouble.

Well, use normal posts all the time and there won't be a problem. Also, don't copy-paste from Word which I guess is what you did.

I didn't copy and paste from Word. However, I did transfer my blog posts form Tumblr to Wordpress. I'm guessing that's where the problem occurred.

How does that work then?

I've never used WP. Is there some kind of global Find and Replace feature or would you have to edit each post manually to get rid of the smart quotes?

I just started using it. It seems like I'd have to edit each post manually.

Well, have fun with that then! tongue.gif Maybe it doesn't matter in the long run as the old posts will go away from the feed pretty fast.
