is there a piece of code to generate something like this image:

i want every time submit button clicked on page 01 --------- a line takes place with the information in page 02

is it possible ????

Let the server-side script (e.g. PHP) add the new name and email to a text file (or database row), then use the contents of that text file when page 2 is created.

Which server-side languages can you use?
