Hello, i would like some opinions about my website. Forget the thing that the website is not in english, i just want an opinion about the design and page layout.

I think your website style is nicely done. And I didn't see any errors when I ran it through a validator. That's great!
But, I also noticed some problems:
Code:
You should use the correct language code in the "lang" and "xml:lang" attributes of the HTML tag. It helps online translation sites and search engines correctly identify your site's language.
Cine suntem:
The headings are too light next to the background color and they are hard to read.
Servicii:
The text boxes are overflowing behind each other. I have a big text size in my browser. If the boxes are a fixed height I would instead prefer that you use min-height but also allow the boxes to expand if it needs more room.
Contact:
I like how you styled the form, but it took me a while to understand that it was a form. Perhaps you should lighten the background-color of the input fields, not the page image behind the form but just the form inputs, so that people know where they can type text.
The site looks very clean and professional - well done
If you are asking about the design then it is really good.
Everything on your site is nicely presented. Color combination and other designing things are used very nicely.
