Hi, all! I'm a new in all the video stuff, but, fortunately, I have an opportunoty to fix that.

I'm wondering to work with MPEG-TS (which consists of Video-PES, Audio-PES and some Data-PES). Let's say, there is a simple picture in Data-PES. How can I put this picture from Data-PES to a html page, and play a Video-PES with correspondent Audio-PES on this picture? Which tools should I use?

I'm thinking about VLC tools, since I have to decode my Video-PES. But maybe someone already did something similar and can give me an advise which tools should I use for that. Thanks.
