I know the HTML doesn't validate -- there are two errors due to Google code I've inserted. I'm not sure how to resolve those.
The CSS does validate.

Try searching for "google font validation errors".

And, you might change <gcse:searchbox-only></gcse:searchbox-only> to <div class="gcse-searchbox-only"></div>. That will validate, but I don't know if the script then still will work.
