Kindly write a simple code sample shown in attachment this is a quiz post like a question and it has 4 options. Please help me if you can in order to help student asap.
there are 4 options if you have any suggestion like correct answer left side a tick mark image shown then kindly tell me so i can make student more comforatable to find correct answer. Attached thumbnail(s) |

It rather looks like radio buttons (if only one answer per question is possible) or checkboxes (if multiple answers are possible) are needed, as options here seem to signify possible clickable answers.

i ain't mean like this i want to make a question answer blog using this technique in which ready made multiple choices available .

You mean they don't need to select one of the answers, they just need to see them?
