I want to make a form like this with the loan calculator as shown at the top. The page will be in Wordpress. Any howto on making this?

No idea about Wordpress.
HTML5 offers similar slider form controls, but the ones on this particular site seem to be made with javascript and CSS. The actual calculations seem to be done with javascript, too.

Okey, is there a way to get that specific script so i can modify?

I don't recognize it, unless you can find some hints in the page source?
