Please, if pc =12 points, how big is the point and does it have a fix size at all?

It does. But that's only true in print. Pt shouldn't be used for screen, if that's what you are asking about. Also, I have no idea if a standard consumer printer is true to the defined size of a point.

In which medium? In print, I suppose so. On screen I wouldn't rely on it, especially if the user zooms in or out.
