Hi All,
I've never worked with HTML. I hired a website designer to do my movie website but now I want control and design and customize a MySpace site. My understanding and how they explain it, in order to do certain things, one has to have a basic knowledge of HTML. I do not.

Can someone guide me to a resource? Somewhere I can go where you are almost walked through the process? Any help with this would be greatly appreciated. I'm not looking for bells and whistles. I want video and audio uploaded and to use some graphics and colors.

THANK YOU

Unfortunatly there is no really simple, quick way to just learn this stuff from scratch in a few hours.

Your next best bet, assuming you at least know how to use a word processor or similar software is going to be to use What You See is What You Get (WYSIWYG) web creation software. The best known of which is Microsoft Frontpage.

Frontpage is not recommended by anyone here because it does not create clean and valid code. Instead we would recommend N-Vu. Not only is it free, but the code it puts out is far superior. And if you are going to have to learn one from scratch it might as well be the good one.

MySpace will severely limit both your control and your ability to design. If you can hire a web designer, maybe proper hosting would be a good idea too?
