you can see the website at

View it in Firefox or IE and then again in Opera...notice the left-side buttons aren't properly located in Opera?

I'd like to fix it, but i don't even know what's wrong...if you don't know what's wrong, you can't fix it.

Do you guys have any ideas?

They are misplaced in Safari too.

I recommend you start by fixing the HTML markup errors found by the online validator tool.
