eCommerce Shopping Cart with NO Payment, How can I build a shopping cart that sends me the field input? Options

I am building an online store and I am fairly new to HTML.

I want to use an online Shopping Cart where customers can choose products, add them to their cart, and give me some specific information (mailing address, name).

I want to set up a situation in which everytime somebody submits an order, I will get an email that shows me all of their information fields and their order.

i do no want an online payment system,
i only require the information collected in the shopping cart and specific information fields.
