So I'm using some new theme that I'm not used to at all and it's rather confusing how they have it all set up, at least for me.

The website is omyn.tumblr.com for reference.

I want to move the sidebar a bit more to the left, and I want to increase the space between the left/right sides of the posts, but not the space between the top/bottom.
I want to do this to use some of the dark space of my background for content to show more of the galaxy behind the posts.

That's really all I need help with, the code. In other themes it's rather simple to find where the margins are for moving containers around to your liking with "x"px ratios. But this theme is very different than anything I've used before..

I will say I don't do Tumblr but I think I can tell you how to move everything over to the left. There appears to be some css defined in the page itself, look for this starting code:

in this section look for an entry like this:

remove this entry and everything will move to the left.
Now things really get messy. In fact, so messy I can't figure it out so I'll have to bow out now. If you use your browsers 'Inspect Element' feature look for <article> that have a right: 300px; entry. If you change this to say 200px then the 1st middle box will move to the right 100px. The problem I found is that I can't find where this entry is. Also, it will only change that 1 box, all the rest stay the same. It can get messy fast. You should ask the author of the theme to help you.
