I have created a frameset with 2 rows. The top row has my header/menu options. The bottom row is the main content page (body). Let's say the main content page automatically loads with yahoo.com. When I click on any yahoo link it automatically breaks the frame. The page the yahoo link sends me to does not open up in the bottom frame, rather it takes over the whole screen and breaks out of the frame (I lose my header/menu options top frame). Is there a way I can keep 3rd party sites like yahoo.com or espn.com etc... from remaining in my bottom frame regardless of what links I click on their site?

Thanks!
