A simple online booking system, For an activity company Options

I have searched hi and low for a reasonably priced or free ( ) reservation/booking system, and am coming up empty.
I am not sure if this is the proper area to post this, but at this point, I'll try anything!
Our activity booking company is trying to find a simple reservation/ booking system to do the following:
1) Choose the activity.
2) Specify a date, time, and ect.
3) Print and email confirmation to the customer.
4) Log credit card info (but not process).
5) Email vendor all info.
6) keep a database of everything.
7) And possibly have the ability process cards.

The only reason that I state "online" is for ease of entering info. It would not be for the customer, only for our back end processing.

Any help would be appreciated.
