Greetings,
I need to redesign an existing website. I have the all admin access passwords and the account info for Filezilla.

I want to redesign the entire site from scratch using an (easy to use) website builder.

What is the easiest way to accomplish this? Is there a program with templates that I can use to design then upload it some how via Filezilla?

Any suggestions are welcome.
