How to make a dvd iso file downloadable on a website?

Also if possible how to make it download as an installation to view instead of burning the dvd?

Best to zip the file so that it downloads instead of the browser/OS trying to do something silly with it.

Don't know about #2, I wouldn't trust a file that wanted to do that to me.

What do you think about a virtual dvd drive that will play the iso file for the user?

Not my field, but how would you accomplish that from a server? AFAIK it's the user's choice what he does with the file. BTW for instance VLC can open and play ISO.

Thank you Pandy! Daemon has a virtual drive that users for mac or windows can download and run any iso file. I was hoping to get it all done in one as an executible.
