Need Help, Linking data to my website. Options

My Resources:
GoDaddy Hosting, with cPanel.
This allows me to have a Joomla, Wordpress, phpBB, Drupla web services.
I also have a phpmyadmin database for every one of these webservices.
I have File manager so I can add php, html scripts in certain places.
I can purchase suggested tools.



So I have a minecraft server which I have player status data on a phpmyadmin database.
I can hook the data to show up on any specific database for a certain webservice I use.
What I want to do is be able to search specific data on the my website and have it show up for them to see.
For example, if you go to mcpvp.com and search the player PHIL528, you can go to a page that shows my status.

Is there any way to do this?
