If you notice the blue images on the side of the website... when you scroll up and down the images stay still and also the images fit to the users resolution! Help! |

they are using:
background: url("http://staticcontent.chacha.com/caf4fb34f7987fd9acbb31a1d63f36d3/images/takeover-2010-09-28.jpg") no-repeat fixed center top #393939; this makes the background stay in top position because it depends on browser window, and that is why is static. |
