Hi,

1. How to protect a HTML file to avoid to run it from other URL? (then I would encrypt the HTML)
2. How to avoid to run the rest of HTML code if a URL/picture is not found?

1. HTML does not "run". Therefore it is meaningless to try to "protect" it. (Hint: Here's a simple project for you. I give you a number - the number 57. Now I want you to "protect" the number 57 so no-one else can use it for anything.

2. HTML does not "run". You could check on the server that a URL/picture exists before sending the page - send an error message if it is missing. Or you can check in javascript on the client.

Um, what's the point of this exercise?

Please see the FAQ entry How can I disable the browser's right-click options? How can I protect my source, images, etc. from being copied?
