Word is not the app to use to create web pages with. Rather use a simple text-editor (on PC that would be WordPad or NotePad or something like that).

Try that and let us know if that helps.

Notepad is better as it's a plain text editor.

lol, it is basically a pointless game on facebook a social grouping website, to become a rich drug dealer by buying and selling drugs these links miss out a whole lot of clicking so you can buy and sell much faster etc trouble is it is hugely addictive lol check it out if you want click the family guy link and join cartel, speak to peter griffin for help, either way thanks guys!

I take it that the page is pretty useless if you aren't into facebook or the "drug dealer" game on facebook.

I don't see any background image in the top frame, nor can I see what you have tried to set it up (tiling or not). Your <link> tag to the CSS in the frame's source points to a .html file. That should be a .css file, with only style declarations in it.

yes it has no back ground as i removed it because it made it look worse having the imaged tiled, being honest i dont have a clue about this .css stuff, any of that stuff that is in my html is what i have tried to add hence being wrong lol! what is css?

A styling language. You have to use it of you want to stop a background image from tiling.
