Hi

I am new to web designing and I would like to learn Flash. I would like to learn from home and does not really have money to spend, but I do know the internet is very rescores full. Can anyone tell me were can a newbie start?

Start off with the manual that goes with the Flash app. Tutorials are included in Flash, IIRC.
Then, go to the makers: Adobe (formerly Macromedia).
And finally, google for tutorials.

All that will help you start off already.
