ok i used winrar and then I placed the files in the wsb folder using smartftp. It is still loading but I checked my site and something new came up something different.
It said this

A critical error has occurred.

This installer was unable to find the installer's language file or files. They should be found under:
/Themes/default/languages

In some cases, FTP clients do not properly upload files with this many folders. Please double check to make sure you have uploaded all the files in the distribution.

If that doesn't help, please make sure this install.php file is in the same place as the Themes folder.

If you continue to get this error message, feel free to look to us for support.

could it be because its not done loading everything?

Hold your horses a little. Did you get the folders this time?

We still don't know where your web root is and I think support said not to use that folder, right?

Well, I didn't say that but... Check if the files are in the index folder too, since that's probably the folder you should use. rolleyes.gif

But is the forum really all you're using the domain for? Because as you have it now http://cyntar.com will be the forum. It will be awkward to use the domains for anything else. I recommend that even if you don't have nothing else right now you still put the forum in http://cyntar.com/forums/ (or whatever).

Well, usually one follows a link. If you go to http://forums.htmlhelp.com , how do you get here?
