HTMLHelp Forums _ General Web Design _ Frames, Iframes, and so much more

Ok, I have a little problem. I want to mix both frames and iframes on my site. My wife, who is at least decent with html, is quite stuck on what I should do, so I figured I'd pop the questions to you folks.

The page is seperated into two seperate frames. On the top half, I have my business name, and a couple of linkable images. On the bottom half I have an Iframe with my logo in the background.

What I want to do is to make it so someone who clicks the linkable images (Home Button, Downloadables, etc.) in the top frame would see the page load in the bottom frame inside the iframe.

Any suggestions?

You must open a page in the bottom frame that in turns opens the iframed page.

But I advice against using frames: http://htmlhelp.com/faq/html/frames.html#frame-problems if you just want an easy way to include common content, see http://htmlhelp.com/faq/html/design.html#include-file

hmmm....I'm gonna have to redesign the site again without the frames if what your saying is true (and I have no reason to believe otherwise, or coarse).

Thanks for your help.
