PHP, HTML file upload, How to enable certain file types not others

Unregistered	Hello... I am making a html file upload at: martinmmps.com Does anyone know how to stop some types of files downloaded (app, exe, zip, dmg files) using php(NOT HOW TO CHOOSE WHICH TYPES OF FILES CAN BE DOWNLOADED!) HERE IS THE CODE I AM USING: PHP here is the w3schools tutorial that i used to make the file upload.
