Mouse over play flv Options

Hello all

I'm currently creating my portfolio site and and have the header banner in neon text, I have a separte flv with the same dimesions with the neon text flickering with sounds and basically want the flv to replace the image and play on loop when the mouse hovers over.

I created the flv in after effects.

I've created hover over with replacement images in the past using css but aint sure with a flv.
I can re-render the flv to a different format if theres an easier way.

Any advice would be much appreciated.
