Take a look at this page in I.E and Firefox:

The text doesn't show up in black, and the bulletin points are all messed up in Firfox. Any help would be appreciated.

In Safari (Mac) too.

You have color: transparent; for TABLE in your CSS.

BTW, pass your page through the HTML validator and the CSS validator and fix the errors found by both.
