I just made several updates to my current site and went through all the steps to publish the changes. When I arrive at the last step in publishing (select domain name) there are no names in the list and no way to add a name. Usually my domain name is already there and I just breeze on through. When I click on the help button, it takes me to the webeasy site and I get a website security certificate issue. Same thing when I try chat, or anything else under the webeasy site. Called the help number on the screen and get the typical "leave a message and we'll call back". NOT Where do I go from here? I checked and my domain name is paid up through 2020. But I don't think it is my problem, I think it is on their end, but how do you get anywhere with something like this?

I'm not familiar with the software, but it sounds like you've lost your settings somehow. You must have entered your domains, ftp addresses and so on at some point. Have you tried to do it again?
