Hello!

I'm new here and super excited to find a place where I can discuss HTML, as I am only fairly familiar with it.

Okay, so, my first question:
I have set up my site to display exactly how I want, on my Mac, however, when I view it on my iphone, ipad, dell, etc. the main menu is off to the right or left, where I want it directly in the center, above the logo, at the top of the white column middle space.
After further reviewing it, it seems that my background extends pretty far out, but for some reason the mac just cuts that extra part off. How can I shorten my background, so that the layout is the same on all devices?

Thanks!
Sarah Chancey

The background isn't wider than the page, it adapts. It seems to be the large width of #menu that forces the page to be that wide, 1508px.
